I’m thrilled to be participating in Middle Grade March again this year! This month-long reading theme brings together readers who enjoy diving into middle grade books, and I love taking part. One of the best things about middle grade books is how quick and engaging they are—you can fly through them in no time! I especially appreciate their fun, whimsical, and light-hearted nature, making them perfect palette cleansers after tackling long or emotionally heavy reads. They offer a wonderful escape from the stresses of life and the demands of adulthood.

My favorite middle grade genres are fantasy and supernatural, so I’ve put together a list of children’s books that sound especially intriguing to me.

If you’re interested in the YouTube channel or joining the Readathon, you can watch their announcement video HERE.

If you want to hear my thoughts about more middle grade books, I have other podcast episodes you can listen to or read: episode 39, episode 45, episode 64, and episode 71.
